Self Defence Ireland Association

Hebron S.D.I.A. is a Governing Body of top Martial Artists from Ireland and the UK. We all teach a verity of martial arts and within our systems we have formed a workable self-defence. We come together at different times in the year and teach at seminars this keeps us up to date in the latest self-defence moves. We have a belt grading system and each instructor in the S.D.I.A. grades their own students. All the students who grade with the S.D.I.A will have their names on the Hebron School of martial Arts website. We also do a club insurance that covers you for all martial arts in the North, South of Ireland and uk. SDIA was recognised by the World International Martial Arts Association & Organisation as a Martial Arts Body 8^th September 2012 Hall of Fame.
